It is situated at 1 minute walk from the Eiffel tower and the Champ de mars – 7th district. The entrance to the apartment is either from the living trough the large glass door or from the building itself.

You cannot find an apartment closer from the Eiffel Tower. All shops are just down the building, that is not very often in this district. This apartment has just been renovated. Initially, it was a 2/3 bedrooms. It has been modified to make a 2 room apartment with a spacious living room.

There is an open-air market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings a few minutes walk from the apartment on Boulevard de Grenelle between Motte-Picquet and rue Lourmel. An other one on Thursday and Saturday mornings directly behind the Ecole Militaire on Avenue de Saxe (between Avenue de Segur and Place de Breteuil). They are a real slice of Parisian life and you will find produce, olives, olive oil, meats, sausage, bread, fish, spices, clothing and an assortment of local items and products at these markets.

An entrance to the Metro station Motte-Picquet Grenelle is just around the corner and less than a three minute walk. Three different lines serve this station while Line 8 takes you directly to the Right Bank and the Champs Elysees and Place de la Concorde and Line 6 takes you directly to the Trocadero or Montparnasse. And, if you must have an American fix while you are in Paris, the Hilton Hotel is just up the street, also on Avenue de Suffren.
