The apartment measures about 45m² or 484 sq ft. The building is another typical Parisian line stone building which dates back in the 1900s. Not only it is conveniently situated, you will realise that it is also very comfortable and charming. Tastefully decorated with simple “design” furniture, stereo Band & Olufsen, TV/multi standard VHS deck, fully equipped Bullthaup eat-in-kitchen, central heating etc. Parquet waxed flooring throughout with its marble mantel-piece chimney completes the picture of a real cosy home.

Heating : Individual heating with temperature control in each room.

480 euros for 5 days
400 euros for 3 days

Add 15% during Christmas and New year's period.

The weekly rate includes all taxes, linen and towels, water, electricity and agency fee. It does not include telephone and housekeeping.

A refundable security deposit of 200 euros/dollars is required at your arrival.
