his charming studio is located in a quiet and tranquil street in the heart of the most residential area of Paris. It is situated on the ground floor level of an old building.

The main entrance gate opens onto an inside yard, then leads to the studio itself.

It is functional. The main room is spacious and very light. In the middle, a large cupboard hides a double bed with a spare mattress. On the right there is a wardrobe and on the left stands the kitchenette which can compete with any standard size kitchen. It includes a unit, a sink, a mixed oven with micro waves, a refrigerator, and a washing machine with dryer, an electric coffee-maker, dish washer.

Furnishing includes two small sofas, a coffee table, a large table, a television, a radio and a Hi-fi, lamps, a halogen lamp. A large window decorated with curtains, looks out to the street. It is carpeted. This charming studio will make you feel like home.

The bathroom/W.C. is separated with the main room by a small closet. It has all commodities such as a shower, a wash basin, a bidet, toilets, and a mirror with a cupboard.

Maintenance and security are taken care of by a concierge. There is also an entry digit system with intercom.
